Giving Back
CURRENTLY BEING UPDATED!
An important component of our studio is giving back, whether it's locally in our community or national organization like Dancers Against Cancer and America Heart Association. Over the last few years, we have donated over $10,000 as well as non-monetary donations such as toy drives, urgent needs list items for the homeless shelter, costume donations, and so much more. Another non-monetary give back we do each month is part of our Student Assistant and Student Ambassador program - they make brown bag lunches for Lazarus House once a month.
It is so beneficial to teach our youth about helping others, and representing DDA in a positive way within the community. This instills values and lessons that they will carry with them into their adult lives as well. Each month DDA has a give back, and below is an overview of the last year:
